Thousands of Students Affected In Sri Lanka
Thousands of students enrolled for degree courses in Sri Lanka risk graduating with bogus degrees from IIC University of Technology, Cambodia, a leaked report by UK Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (UKUCCPS) has revealed.
According to UKUCCPS, the university is selling degrees courses illegally. The degrees are not issued by the Ministry of Higher Education of Cambodia (MOE), therefore bogus and regarded invalid. In Cambodia, all valid degrees must be issued by the university with the Ministry of Higher Education.
Dr. KAO KVENG HONG is reported as the person selling bogus Cambodian degrees in Sri Lanka.
